Condition monitoring
The VPFlowMate is also used for permanent monitoring of the compressed air air consumption of machines or production lines. It can be connected to a supervisory system wich detects the air consumption during downtime. The supervisory system sends warnings when a certain leakage level is reached, so maintenance is perfectly optimized.
Cost allocation
In many cases, the VPFlowMate is used for internal cost allocation. Compressed air flow is measured per production line or company division, and the total costs are shared according to the measured air consumption.
